Hands-on and tailored to YOUR needs the EDP is very different to any other programme available. It is designed to let us do the work and therefore only requires you to attend an intensive 2 day workshop and 3 x 90 minute face-to-face sessions, normally at your office. The rest of the time is via regular email and telephone contact. Each EDP is personalised to the attendees.

Below is one example of a recent very successful programme run for a sales community. There were 8 mixed attendees, including a board member, regional managers, sales managers and specialist sales people from different teams. The team building alone made this EDP a major success. The EDP is designed in 5 important stages each with its own inputs and measurements and outputs to the next stage.

 

Stage 1 - Commitment - (over 2 week period)
Your Critical Success Factors (CSF), commitment: yours, your team, colleagues; measurements, face-to-face session. Getting real.

Stage 2 - Discipline - (over next 4 weeks)
Daily personalised emails to help you to understand yourself better, preparation for stage 3.

Stage 3 - Workshop - (2 days)
Intensive 2 day workshop with an overnight in ideal, tranquil surroundings to promote personal growth and team building.

Stage 4 - Action - (over next 4 weeks)
Moving into action, relationships, communications, feedback, face-to-face session, EDP Partnering.

Stage 5 - The Way Forward - (over next 2 weeks)
Moving on, plans, the future, networks and support.


Each stage provides PERSONAL GROWTH and outputs to next stage.
